OEM Service Terms for Wholesale Car Mount & Wireless Car Charger
These OEM Service Terms ("OEM Terms") govern all custom OEM and private label services provided by OHLPRO Bulk, a professional wholesale car mount manufacturer offering custom private label solutions for global bulk buyers. These terms are supplementary to our General Terms of Service and apply exclusively to customers who request custom branding, custom packaging, or personalized design modifications for bulk car accessories.
Custom OEM service is an optional add-on to our standard wholesale business. All bulk OEM car accessory orders are subject to these terms in addition to our general terms of service for global distributors and importers.
1. OEM Service Scope
We offer comprehensive OEM and private label services for wholesale car phone mounts, wireless car chargers, and auto accessory bulk orders:
- Custom logo printing for bulk car accessories (silk screen printing, laser engraving, UV printing)
- Custom product color customization for wholesale car mounts and car chargers (minimum order quantity applies)
- Custom packaging design for bulk wholesale orders (retail boxes, blister packs, poly bags)
- Custom user manuals and product inserts for private label bulk goods
- Full private label branding solutions for wholesale car accessory bulk business
OEM services are available for all products listed on ohlprobulk.com. For exclusive custom product design requests for bulk import, please contact us directly to discuss production feasibility.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our flexible OEM MOQ requirements are designed for small bulk trial orders and large container wholesale orders:
- Custom logo printing: 100 pieces per product (low MOQ OEM service for car mounts)
- Custom packaging: 500 pieces per product for branded retail packaging bulk orders
- Custom product color: 1,000 pieces per product for exclusive color bulk customization
- Full private label solution: 500 pieces per product for complete branded wholesale car accessories
Special MOQ arrangements may be available for existing long-term customers or high-volume bulk OEM orders. Please contact us for a customized wholesale quote.
3. Design & Approval Process
We follow a standardized private label design workflow for all bulk OEM orders:
- You provide us with your design files (logo, packaging design, etc.) in high-resolution format (AI, EPS, or PNG with transparent background)
- Our professional design team will create a digital proof within 2-3 business days for your bulk OEM project
- You review and approve the digital proof (we offer up to 2 free revisions for all wholesale OEM orders)
- Once approved, mass production begins immediately for your custom private label bulk goods
Production will only start after we receive your written confirmation of the digital proof. We are not responsible for errors in designs that you have approved for your bulk wholesale orders.
4. Production & Delivery
- Standard OEM production lead time: 15-25 business days after design approval and payment confirmation for bulk car accessories
- For bulk orders over 5,000 pieces, customized production time will be confirmed in your official quotation
- Shipping times are additional to production time and depend on the shipping method you choose for your wholesale shipment
- We will provide you with an official tracking number once your bulk OEM order has been shipped
5. Payment Terms for OEM Orders
All custom private label bulk wholesale orders follow standard factory payment terms:
- 50% deposit upon order confirmation and design approval for OEM bulk projects
- 50% balance payment before bulk shipment arrangement
- All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) for international wholesale orders
- We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union for global OEM bulk orders
Design and setup fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before we begin the custom design process for your bulk OEM order.
6. Quality Assurance
All custom OEM products undergo the same strict quality inspection process as our standard wholesale car accessories. We guarantee that private label bulk goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
If you receive defective OEM bulk products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for product replacement at our discretion for qualified wholesale orders.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of all logos, trademarks, and custom designs that you provide to us for bulk OEM production
- You warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs submitted for custom wholesale OEM production
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights during bulk cooperation
- We will not use your custom designs or trademarks for any purpose other than fulfilling your private label bulk order
8. Confidentiality
We will keep all information related to your OEM bulk order confidential, including your custom designs, wholesale pricing, and business cooperation information. We will not disclose any of this information to third parties without your written consent.
This confidentiality obligation survives the completion of your bulk order and the termination of these OEM service terms.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Our transparent refund policy protects all global wholesale OEM buyers:
- Before design approval: You may cancel your OEM order at any time before design approval. We will refund your deposit in full, minus any design fees already incurred.
- After design approval but before production: You may cancel your order, but you will forfeit 50% of your deposit to cover design and setup costs for the bulk project.
- After production has started: OEM orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable. No refunds will be issued for orders that are in production or completed bulk wholesale goods.
All OEM bulk orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these OEM Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific OEM bulk order that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your wholesale OEM order.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these OEM Service Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page for all wholesale clients.
